The Chancellor's administrative office consists of The Chancellor - PhD Lidija Naumovska, The Vice-chancellor PhD Aleksa Stamenkovski, The Vice-chancellor PhD Biljana Percinkova, the Deans of The Faculties - assistant professor PhD Savica Dimitrieska, professor PhD Risto Hristov, professor PhD Zivko Andrevski, assistant professor PhD Slobodan Sajnoski, assistant professor PhD Jana Maneva Cuposka, professor PhD Slavjanka Odzaklievska and assistant professor PhD Stojan Slaveski as well as two representatives from the students.
The General Manager and Secretary General take part in the activities and its performance in the Chancellor's Administrative Office.

The Chancellor's Office can hold solemn sessions on the occasions of jubilees, celebrations and other cases.
The Chancellor's Administrative Office, within the limits of its authority:
- prepares and proposes the acts and the materials for the issues which are decided by the Senate,
- proposes the curricula of the faculties within the University,
- proposes the curricula and the course outlines for the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD studies which are organized directly by the University,
- makes decisions about the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary scientific-research projects, previously agreed by the Board of Directors,
- proposes a candidate for a Secretary General of the University, in accordance with the Board of Directors,
- elects two deans for members of the Interuniversity conference by a secret ballot,
- proposes organizing an international cooperation of the University,
- arranges issuing certificates and other documents for completed studies in high education,
- publishes all curricula and the general conditions for enrollment and studying, before the competition is announced,
- organizes a commission for the publishing activity of the University,
- coordinates the particular and the common interests for organizing the teaching-educational activity, research - scientific activity and the artistic activity,
- assures the accomplishing the Curriculum of high education in Republic of Macedonia,
- assures the development of the scientific-research activity at the University,
- brings special regulations for using the characteristic of the University,
- proposes making Regulations for withdrawing acquired certificates at the University,
- takes a view on and brings conclusions about issues of common interest for the faculties which concern the higher education area, as well as the research-scientific, artistic and applied areas,
- brings special regulations for the organizing and up-keeping of the unique informational system of the University,
- proposes assignment of a title Honorary PhD at the University,
- proposes publishing newspapers at the University,
- performs other activities defined by the Law, the Statute and the University's acts.
