
Each faculty has a Dean’s administration office consisting of the Dean, the Vice-Deans, the managers of the institutions and two representatives from the students.
Within the scope of its authorities, the Dean’s Administration Office prepares and proposes the acts and materials on issues that should be discussed and decided on by the Teaching-Scientific Council and the Deans; makes decisions aimed at rational execution of the Faculty’s activities; makes decisions regarding the Faculty’s publishing activities; verifies the Draft Statute and other general acts; makes suggestions to the Dean for promotion of the Faculty’s activities; forms permanent and temporary working bodies to deal with the activities under its jurisdiction; performs other functions as defined by this Statute or authorized by the Dean.
The Dean’s Administration Office work in sessions.
The Dean convenes and presides over the sessions of the Dean’s Administrative Office.
The Dean’s Administration Office can operate only with a quorum of more than a half of its members.
Decisions are made by a quorum of more than a half of the members of the Dean’s Administration Office that are present in the session.
The decisions made by the Dean’s Administration Office become effective after the acquired written agreement from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is entitled to put a veto on a decision made by the Dean’s Administration Office if they consider it to be in the best interest of the Faculty.
