Надлежности
Управниот одбор е орган на основачот на Универзитетот. Управниот одбор на Универзитетот:
- го одобрува буџетот на Универзитетот;
- по потреба врши ребаланс на буџетот;
- ја усвојува завршната сметка на Универзитетот;
- ја утврдува систематизацијата на работните места на Универзитетот;
- одлучува за користење на имотот за вршење на дејноста на Универзитетот;
- одлучува за исплати над 5.000 евра во денарска противредност;
- дава согласност, одобрува или има и други овластувања утврдени со овој Статут и другите акти на управување;
- го усвојува годишниот извештај за работа на Универзитетот,
- усвојува годишен финансиски план на Универзитетот,
- донесува годишна финансиска пресметка и годишен завршен финансиски извештај на Универзитетот,
- донесува програма за инвестиции на Универзитетот и единиците во неговиот состав.
Покрај Претседателот и другите членови, во рамките на Управниот одбор функционира и Генералниот директор на Универзитетот.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Board of Directors is a managing body of the founder of the University. The Board of Directors:
- prepares and approves the University Statute brought by the University Senate;
- adopts and approves the budget of EU-RM, prepares rebalance of the budget;
- adopts and verifies the final account of the University;
- confirms the systematization of the working places at the University;
- decides on the premises that are to be used at the University;
- decides on payment of sums that exceed 5000 euros in Macedonian value;
- approves and carries out all other responsibilities specified with this Statute and other managing acts;
- adopts the annual work report of the University;
- adopts the annual financial plan of the University;
- compiles the annual fiscal account and the annual financial report of the University,
- decides on the investment programmes of the University and its units.
Alongside with the President and the other members, an active member of the Board of Directors is the General Manager of the University.
