Responsibilities
The overall responsibility of the Secretary General is marked by her openness for cooperating with students, helping and supporting them. Within the realization of their rights and responsibilities, students communicate with the Secretary General about general and specific issues which demand detailed and timely answer, suggestion, recommendation or directing which are in accordance with the Institute’s norms.
The Secretary General of the European University – RM is responsible for the systematic unification and effective coordination of two large parts of the University: teaching-related activities and the entire logistic support of the professional and administrative services. As a result, a regular correlation of the areas through which students perform their core activities is achieved; such organization assures the timely, precise and knowledgeable applying of all rules and regulations. The constant communication of the Secretary General with the Board of Directors, the Senate, the Chancellor’s Committee and with each of its members as well as with other managing bodies of the system’s different areas assures a coordinated functioning of the university’s entire organism
