Biography:

Lidija Georgieva graduated in fashion design at the eminent Parisian School of Applied Arts „Duperré“, being recommended by M.Christian Lacroix for a scholarship which was granted to her by the French government.
She also holds a degree in Graphic Arts and Fashion Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, Macedonia.
After working at the couture house Pierre BALMAIN, she joined the team at the ROCHAS fashion house, where she designed cocktail dress collections.
Her fashion debut in 2000 featured a sequence of small collections of unique jewellery pieces, knitwear, prints and embroideries. The brand was successfully sold in designer shops around France, Italy, Japan and USA, supported as well by the international media.
Lidija Georgieva is still working as a freelance designer for luxurious fashion labels and as a theatre and modern ballet costume designer.
