Prof. Slavjanka Odzaklievska, M.D.Sc. D.D.Sc. was born on 13.10.1946 in Skopje.  She completed her primary and secondary education in Skopje. In 1971 she graduated from the Department of Dentistry within the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje. In 1975 she completed her specialization in the field of Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry. Upon completion of her postgraduate studies she was awarded with the title MA in Dentistry in the field of Dental Pathology and Therapy: “Microbiological findings on the remaining dentine with Caries profunda complicata following a previous therapeutic process”.
In 1990 she submitted her doctoral thesis titled ”Evaluation of the reactive and reversible ability of the dental pulp in the case of Caries profunda complicata” at the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje.

During 1972 – 1973 she worked at the Dental Pathology and Therapy Clinic at the University Dental Clinical Centre in Skopje as a holder of a bursary from the Republic Secretariat for coordination of scientific activities. In 1973 she started working as a clinical doctor at the same clinic. In 1976 she was elected junior assistant at the Department of Dental Pathology and Therapy and in 1979 she became an assistant. In 1991 she was elected assistant professor, in 1997 associate professor and in 2001 she became full-time professor. From 2008 onwards she teaches at the European University – Republic of Macedonia.
1992 – 1994; President of the Commission for Postgraduate Studies at the teaching council of the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje.
1992 – 1996; Member of the Executive Board of the Macedonian Doctors chamber.
1995 – present; Member of the Editorial Board of the magazine “Macedonian Dental Reviews”
1996 – 2000; President of the Commission for Ethical Issues at the Macedonian Dental Chamber
1999 – 2001; Councillor to the Director of the PHO Dental Clinical Centre
2003 -  2007; Manager of the Clinic for Dental Pathology and Therapy
2004 – 2007; Vice – Director of the Dental Clinical Centre
2008 – present; Councillor to the Director of the PHO Dental Clinical Centre

1972 – 1974 - Project ‘Advantages of the vital extirpation of the pulp’ financed by the Republic Secretariat for coordination of scientific activities.
1980 – 1982 attesting the composite material ‘Concise’ for  Belupo, Slovenia and Silar on behalf of Jugohrom – medicinska plastika, Tetovo.
1999 – Paid a professional visit to prof. Bernard Cuicchi, specialist for new therapeutic methods in Endodontics in Iberdon, Switzerland.
2005 – Educator for the project CME (continued medical education) of the Macedonian Ministry of Health financed by the World Bank.
2006 – Project with international participants – Ministry of Education and Science with the Faculty of Dentistry and the ‘Aristotelis’ University, Thessaloniki.
Mentor of MA and PhD dissertations.
So far she has published 93 specialized and scientific works in local and foreign publications as well as 2 student manuals: Dental Pharmacology and Clinical Endodontics.

1989 – Charter for successful work and contribution to the founding and executing of the responsibilities of the Faculty of Dentistry for its 30th Anniversary.
1991 – Diploma for contribution and engaging in the work of the Union of Doctors’ Associations from Macedonia.
1993 – Plaque for significant contribution to the realization of the scopes and objectives of the Macedonian Doctors’ Association
1998 – Her biography appeared in Marquis’ edition of ‘Who is Who in the World’
1999 – Plaque for the 40th Anniversary of the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje
