

Lidija Naumovska is born on 3 July 1957 in Veles, Republic of Macedonia.
She graduated at The Faculty of Technology at Sc. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, completed postgraduate studies at the same University (MA in technical sciences) and completed her PhD at the University for international personal management in Kiev, Ukraine (global management- administrative management). She went on ten different study visits and completed special studies from different areas, such as research and application of new technologies, application in the economic work, restructuring of the companies etc.She directed her personal specialization towards theoretical improvement and direct implementation of the managing activity, where the emphasis is placed on the human resource management. She is elected for the best woman-manager of the year in Republic of Macedonia in 1997.
She speaks English and German.
During her work carrier she was involved in managing functions in economic organizations, owner and manager of private firms, a consultant and an advisor for managing issues etc. She has been with the European University from its very beginning where at present teaches a group of subjects from the area of Management and acts as a Dean of the Faculty of Economics.
During her career she has published a number of publications, the most significant being the university manuals mainly for students but also for the wider business audience:
Principles of Management,
Management of Economy,
Management of Human Resources.
In 1997 she was elected Macedonia’s most successful female Manager.
