Ljupcho Stojcheski was born on October 1, 1961 in Veles, R.Macedonia. He graduated from high school in Prilep 1979-1980. He is a Bachelor of Art in Defence at the Faculty of Defence and Peace Studies at University”St.Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje ,1985. He is Master of Art at The Faculty Of Defence And Peace Studies –Health Management-Skopje,February 2002.  He is a Doctor of Sciences of Economy on direction-finances, loan, trade and insurance at University Of  National World Economy in Sofija, R.Bulgaria,2004.

He has 23 years work experience in the area of administrative work related to health menagment and the defence, its planing and financing at the Medical Centar in Prilep; Proffesional councelor in an economic-legal office „Economy Consalting 97“ in Prilep and as a professor at the First Private European  University-Skopje,R.Macedonia. He has been elected as a professor at European University in March 2005 for the  subjects: Principles Of Accounting; Banking, Payment systems; Banking Menagment; Politics Of Placement  and  Management of  costs at health and pharmacy organizations and institutions. At the College of economics and management in Blagoevgrad, Republic of Bulgarija, he is a visiting lecturer.In May 2010 he was elected as Associate Professor.

He is an author and co-author of many books and works, International financial relations, 2004, Management accounting, 2005, Payment operations,2006,  Politics Of Placement,2006, Principles Of Accounting,2007,  Management of costs in the health and pharmaceutical organizations and institutions,2009.
