Born in Skopje on 24 May 1962. Graduated on Faculty of Economics at “St. Ciryl and Metodius” University in Skopje, where finished postgraduate studies by averige of 9,1.  Completed his Master degree on thesis: “Economic Bases of Information Society”, and his Ph. D. on: "Macedonian way towards knowledge-based economy in the era of globalization".

Worked as associate in the foreign economic relations unit at Ministry of development (1986-1987) and associate for current economic trends in the Governement of Macedonia (1987-1990). From 1992 to 2008 served on many elected positions at the Assambly and the Governement of Macedonia.
Since february 2009 he join at the European University in Skopje. He is Assistant Professor for group of subjects in the area of economics: Public Finances, Economy of Development, Economy of Public Sector, Social and Health Insuarance and International Finance Institutions and Organizations.

Attended many international economic courses and seminars, as those at “Georgetown University” – Washington, D.C. (1996); “IMF/Joint Vienna Institute” (1998);  “The Economist” Conference (2004) and others

He published many titles among which: 4 books on different issues on macroeconomics, 10 articles in proceedings of scientific conferences and domestic periodicals. He take part  in a few scientific-research projects. Published more than 300 weekly collumnes and articles in domestic press of which most on the macedonian economy.
