Violeta Naumovska was born on 28.12.1958, Skopje. She is a Bachelor of Art in Mathematics  at The Faculty of Mathematics in Skopje at the University “"Sv. Kiril i Metodi"” in Skopje. She is a Master of Art and she has presented her Master thesis on the topic ” Profesional improvement of the mathematics teachers in high school education”, 2002 at Universety "Sv. Kiril i Metodi",  the Faculty of philosophy, Institute of pedagogy. She completes her doctoral studies at University "Sv. Kiril i Metodi",  ISPPI in Skopje, on the topic "Dedigning of a model fo profesional improvement of the teachers in education ", field of human resource management, 2006.

For a long time she has been working in primary and high schools at different positions, as a professor, manager etc. Currently she is a professor at the First Private University European University Republic of Macedonia for subjects in the area of management: Strategic Management, Small Business Management, Motivation and Management, Marketing Management of Small Business etc.

In her long career she has many publications and books as author and co-author. Her latest books are: Management and Motivation, Strategic Management, Small Business Management, Small Business Marketing Management, Theory of the management system etc.
