Since 1967, until 1973, he works as a high school professor in the high school in Negotino. In 1973 he was elected as an assistant at the Faculty of Economy in Prilep. After completing his PhD he was elected as an assistant professor, and afterwards as a associate professor and a full time professor at the same Faculty. Since 2007 he is a full time professor at the Faculty of informatics at the European University – Republic of Macedonia. During this period of time, on several occasions, he has visited USA, Turkey, Australia, Bulgaria, Greece, as well as Belgrade, Nis, Maribor and Ljubljana.

He has published many papers in domestic and international magazines in the field of statistics, operational research and mathematical programming and their application in solving optimization problems connected with the process of production. He has been for many years a president of the Council of the Statisticians of the Republic of Macedonia.

He has been awarded by the  decoration of the Presidency of SFRY.
