

Biljana Todorova was born on 8-th of October, 1980 in Skopje. She is a Bachelor of Art in Law at the Faculty of Law at the University “St. Ciryl and Methodius” in Skopje in 2005, with grade point average 9.40. In 2006, she enrolled at postgraduate studies at the Institute of Sociology and Political-Legal Research at the Department of Human Resource Management, where she graduated with her Master’s thesis on the topic „Protection of the Workers’ rights as a significant component in acomplishing the business activities of the Employer“in 2008.In 2009 she registered her PhD thesis on the topic „Human rights – right and freedom to work„ at the Faculty of Law at the University “St. Ciryl and Methodius” in Skopje
Since 2006 she is an employee at The European University – Skopje, as Junior Assistant at the Faculty of Economics for the subjects Trade law, International Trade Agreements, Clerk’s Systems, Administrative Law and Labor Law. Since June 2009, she is promoted as Assistant at the Faculty of law for the subject Labor law.
She is co-author of the books „Trade Law“ and „Interantional Trade Agreements“ and took part at preparing other studying materials for the Faculty of the Low and Faculty of Economics. She published article in the Reader of EURM 2008. She has taken part in many scientific and professional seminars. Her current scientific interest is regulations of the Worker’s rights.
