

He was born on 11 August 1949 in Negotino, Republic of Macedonia. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences (1972) at the University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. He acquired his Masters Degree in 1983 and his Doctoral Degree in 1993 at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. Starting from 1976-1993 he worked as a teaching assistant and as an associate within the framework of the Institute for sociological, political and legal research, at the University in Skopje. He served as an ambassador in Republic of Bulgaria from 1994-1997, and from 1997 in Republic of Moldova, whereas from 1997-1998 he served as a Minister of Justice in the Government of Republic of Macedonia. From 1999-2002 he was elected a member of parliament in the Parliament of Republic of Macedonia and as a professor at the Faculty of Law within the University of Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. From 2003-2007 he serves as an ambassador of Macedonia in Great Britain, Ireland and Iceland.
He has participated in the accomplishment of certain domestic and foreign research projects; he has participated in international conferences and symposiums. He has been a member of the International Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
He has been granted the highest Merit, ever given to the foreign diplomats in the Republic of Bulgaria for diplomatic activity.
