

Viktorija Kafedziska was born on 05.08.1961 in Skopje. She finished the primary school as the best student in the generation in “Johan Hajnrih Pestaloci” and she undergraduated in the “Rade Jovchevski Korchagin” high - school with excellent success. Then she graduated on the Law faculty.She continuied her master degree in the field of communication studies at the Institute for political and sociological researches and in 2003 she finished her M. A with success. The topic she was working on was “The media legislature as a factor of influence to the public pluralistic informing”.In 2008 at the same Institute, she finished her Doctoral studies. The topic, on which she was workin on, was “The influence of the interrelationship of the work design and the organizational structure to the media efectivness”.
After the graduation, from 1986 untill 2002 she worked on the newes programme, as a journalist and editor. From 2002 untill 2009 she continuied working in the Department for education in the same television, by making her own programms. In 2007 she became executive editor in the same department. From 2006 untill 2008 she was developing her teaching skills by working at the South East European University in Tetovo. In the Department of Communication Sciencies and Technologies she was teaching the following subjects: Media writing and reporting, Public Relations, Communication and Audience and Interviewing principles and practicisses. In 2008 she took part in the MA program in Political Management on the Political Science Department at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ss Cyril and Methodius, where she was teaching Public Relations.In the academic year 2009/ 2010 she became part from the First Private University “Europian University” at the Political Science Department.
During her work expirience, she published much of her research work in the form of publications, including the following:
